breakfast happy hour!!

now that my company is owned by the frenchies (aka publicis groupe), we get a lot more days off--especially surrounding holidays like labor day. i had friday off which was fantastic because it meant i could finally make it to toulouse petit's breakfast happy hour!!! from 9-11 mon-fri, almost all of their dishes are only $6! i headed over with casey and ordered the dungeness crab eggs benedict. this was one of those exceptions that was $9 during HH, but it was worth it. the potatoes were deliciously cajun seasoned and the eggs were poached perfectly. the only beef i had was that the crab was a bit on the salty side. other than that i can't wait until i get to go back again for the happy hour. i was going to go this morning (since it's labor day)...but i got sick over the weekend :(
