imo

i try to bring my lunch to work to save the monies, but there are days when it just sounds so much better to buy! imo is a place by work that i hit up a lot because i just love their bento boxes for lunch.

the boxes start with a base price of $8.95 (for two choices) and then depending on what you want, you can choose from a list which might add an extra buck or two to the base. i got teriyaki chicken and udon. i just love thier udon noodle soup. udon noodles are yummy to begin with and the broth has little spice which is great for a cold day. they are also generous with their green onions which i appreciate. the chicken was not the greatest that day--a little on the dry side but still tasted amazing because i was starving. the one thing i don't get with bento boxes is why they can't just put the chicken on the rice. because what happens is that i eventually move all of the chicken over. i must also say that i enjoy their slaw a lot. i don't know what they put in it, and usually i don't like slaw, but i eat every last bite whenever i get this box! i'm going to need to go back again soon...
